About The Role
As an E-Commerce & Retention Assistant, you will have the unique opportunity to learn email marketing, site merchandising, and lifecycle marketing tactics, working closely with both the e-commerce and retention teams — as well as cross-functional partners — on impactful day-to-day responsibilities. This role supports two distinct but connected teams: the E-Commerce team, focused on site performance and catalog operations, and the Retention team, focused on customer engagement and repeat purchase behavior — both working in support of goop's broader revenue and growth goals. You will report to the Manager of Retention Marketing. This role is perfect for motivated individuals seeking to deepen their expertise in e-commerce operations and CRM, develop new competencies, and lay the groundwork for a successful career in digital marketing.
