Responsibilities

The Go-to-Market Team helps bring changes to life for agents and customers by connecting strategy, insights, technology, storytelling, and execution. We partner across business and technology teams to translate complex initiatives into clear, engaging experiences that support adoption, capture feedback, and help drive meaningful business outcomes.

As a Go-to-Market Intern, you will contribute to a variety of initiatives based on evolving business priorities and have opportunities to apply creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills to real business challenges.

Your work may include supporting technology-enabled and modernization initiatives, developing creative and visual materials, supporting storytelling and communications, gathering and synthesizing agent feedback, coordinating short-form agent testimonials, and analyzing data and insights to identify opportunities and inform recommendations.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners across business and technology, explore creative ways to communicate complex ideas, and help translate insights, feedback, and emerging capabilities into compelling stories, experiences, and recommendations. This role provides an opportunity to bring fresh perspectives and creative thinking to work that impacts the agent and customer experience.

Qualifications

We are seeking current Junior or Senior college students who possess or can demonstrate:

• An undergraduate program majoring in Business, Communications, Design, User Experience, Management Information Systems, Data/Analytics, Technology, or a related discipline with a graduation date of December 2027 or later.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 (please include on your resume)
• An ideal candidate will have experience with:
• Strong creative and problem-solving skills with the ability to approach ambiguous or evolving challenges with curiosity and new ideas.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to identify themes, patterns, and opportunities from quantitative and qualitative information.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information, feedback, and insights into clear and compelling narratives for different audiences.
• Experience or interest in technology and an ability to understand how technology and emerging capabilities can enable business outcomes and improve user experiences.
• Ability to translate ideas and complex information into clear, engaging, and visually compelling content.
• Experience collaborating across teams and incorporating different perspectives and feedback into solutions.
• Ability to adapt across different types of work and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail and initiative to identify opportunities and recommend actions.
• Strong written, verbal, listening, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to take ownership of assignments while seeking input and guidance when appropriate.

Preferred/Additional Experience

• Experience working on projects involving technology, digital capabilities, or process improvement.
• Experience with visual design, presentation design, digital content creation, UX/design thinking, or similar creative work.
• Experience using data, research, or feedback to inform recommendations or tell a story.
• Experience creating content or communications for different audiences or channels.

Internship Program Eligibility:

To be eligible for the summer internship program, you must be a full-time student currently enrolled in an undergraduate or post-graduate program throughout the duration of the internship. Selected interns must reside within the continental U.S. for the duration of the summer internship.

What You Can Expect:

• Dates of internship: June 2, 2027 – August 11, 2027 (10 weeks)
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 38.75 hours per week
• Due to the short duration of the summer program, it is an expectation that hired interns will be available for the duration of the summer internship with little to no disruption in work schedule.
• Hourly Rate: $22.00/hour. In addition, selected interns will be eligible for a $2,000 stipend (minus applicable taxes)!
• Location: This position will be in a hybrid work environment located in Bloomington, IL, Dunwoody, GA, Richardson, TX, Tempe, AZ
• Selected interns should plan to spend time working from home and some time working in the office as part of our hybrid work environment. Please note that relocation benefits will not apply.
