Intuit internships are 12 weeks throughout the summer. We have fixed start and end dates that are designed to work with various universities’ academic calendars.

• Cohort 1: Monday, May 17 - Friday, August 6, 2027 (12 weeks)

About the Team:

The Intuit Finance Controllership, Assurance, and Operations (CAO) team is looking for creative problem solvers with a passion for innovation to join our team and revolutionize the way the world does business. Our interns have opportunities to apply their knowledge into real-world problems such as process optimization, finance systems performance, risk assessment, and multiple other areas.

The primary objective of our summer internship program is to bring highly talented people into the organization and provide them an opportunity to work on interesting challenges. Summer internships are a direct pipeline to full time positions in strategic positions with frequent exposure to company leaders, core businesses, and technologies – where you can quickly make meaningful contributions.

While each summer internship is unique, all roles offer the experience of a project which challenges you to apply your knowledge and expertise to real business problems. As this role involves constant interaction with stakeholders across the business, you need the confidence and emotional intelligence to effectively communicate at all levels. The ideal candidate has business, finance operations and systems experience at a graduate level, has worked in high-tech industry, enjoys operating in a fast-paced environment, brings creativity, attention to detail, and a willingness to iterate and work with ambiguous problems to deliver data backed solutions to the finance organization.

Responsibilities

• Your key responsibilities will include driving assessments and providing recommendations on how to optimize and streamline critical areas of Intuit’s business, which could include:
• Go To Market (GTM) offering setup optimization: assess, optimize and streamline the SKU creation process across multiple cross-functional teams to increase speed to market of Intuit's offerings.
• Develop plan/project to reinvent our Go To Market (GTM) front door process with a Digital GTM Assist(ant) that leverages GenAI and AI to streamline and make a move to standard capabilities for the majority of Intuit's offerings.
• Lead cross-functional project to rationalize the various billing models and Go To Market variations so that we have clearly defined, curated and robust capabilities that are benchmarked to peer companies. Goal is to have a defined matrix of model capabilities along with sizing and recommendations to sunset or migrate to more standard model capabilities.
• As Intuit grows into the Mid Market segment, support the implementation of Contracts Lifecycle Management tool with end-to-end global process design, and implementation of a Deal Desk and Revenue Operations structure. Assess and develop a change management plan for the implementation.
• New to the world offering strategies focused on solving important customer problems and powering prosperity.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program with an emphasis in Business, Finance, Information Systems or related fields.
• Current enrollment in a degree-seeking program (associate’s, bachelor's, master's, MBA, PhD, or the equivalent) with an expected graduation date after the internship ends
• Familiarity with AI tools and a curiosity about how AI can be applied to solve real-world problems
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for the duration of the internship
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment at an Intuit office location determined by your team and role (Relocation stipend will be provided)
• Experienced in process optimization, adept at business analysis, and project implementation
• Highly motivated, self-starter with ability to work independently in a fast paced environment, simultaneously manage several priorities, and challenge the status quo to lead change and break-thru operational improvements
• Attention to details and ability to synthesize information into insightful recommendations to the executive leadership team
• Ability to influence all levels of leadership to drive actions, behaviors, decisions and business outcomes
• Strong written and oral communication skills with experience in presenting to business partners with confidence, conviction, and credibility
• Grace under pressure with a good sense of humor and dose of humility

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender. The expected base pay range for this position is: $37 - 47/hr.
