Join our Strategic Procurement team this Fall to support key sourcing initiatives, system adoption, and process improvements. As an intern, you'll collaborate with sourcing managers on supplier engagement and CSR efforts, assist with onboarding tools like Oracle Cloud, and help streamline workflows through data analysis and training support. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain exposure to corporate procurement and drive meaningful impact.

Support Strategic System Adoption and Change Management:

• Assist with the adoption of Oracle Cloud and Goldmine by helping document new processes, gathering user feedback, and supporting training rollout.
• Act as a liaison to surface pain points and streamline onboarding for new tools.

Partner with Sourcing Managers on SRM and CSR Initiatives:

• Collaborate with the Sourcing Manager to support SRM and CSR action plans.
• Help track progress, consolidate supplier data, and prepare materials for necessary updates

Other Impactful responsibilities / Essential Tasks:

• Help in inefficiencies identified or gaps in current workflows and propose improvements.
• Data cleansing, and Contract Analysis.
• Consolidating and updating training materials.

Qualifications – External
Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities; comfortable working cross-functionally.
• Familiarity with procurement systems or ERP tools (e.g., Oracle Cloud) is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other productivity tools.
• Passion for process improvement, sustainability, and supplier engagement.

To be considered for an internship, you must be currently enrolled in a degree seeking program. This position is specifically looking for someone who will be enrolled in Bachelor's Degree program.
