We are now inviting enthusiastic, passionate individuals to join our event staff team and be part of the excitement during Canucks games, Warriors games, and concerts at Rogers Arena. Suite Runners ensure exceptional service and efficient delivery of food and beverages is provided to guests in our executive and hospitality suites. This is a part-time, hourly, events-based position.

A typical shift includes:

• Fully responsible for an assignment of Executive and Hospitality Suites
• Providing food service, delivering food orders, and ensuring fridges are stocked with beverages
• Building strong relationships with returning guests and Suite owners in a high-touch environment
• Working collaboratively as a member of a larger team across the organization and continuously interact in a positive and professional manner
• Other duties as required

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be at least 19 years of age
• Must be able to work weeknights, weekends, and holidays with a start time of approximately 4:00pm
• Must be able to safely lift up to 35 lbs.
• Must be able to stand during scheduled shift, withstand repetitive walking, reaching, and bending for long periods of time
• Completion of a Serving it Right certificate
• Have an incredible ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-volume environment while maintaining a first-in-class hospitality and food and beverage experience
• Strong communication and listening skills and the ability to communicate with guests and respond to inquiries
• Maintain a calm, friendly, and professional demeanor
• Be a solutions provider, committed to continuous improvement ideas and initiatives
• Display a neat, tidy, and professional presentation to meet a high level of appearance and service standards
• Non-Canadian residents must hold a valid work permit expiring no earlier than January 2026
• This is an onsite role at Rogers Arena in downtown Vancouver
