Key Responsibilities
Greeting and welcome guests warmly upon arrival
Manage reservations, waitlists, and table assignments efficiently
Communicate wait times and manage guest expectations
Answer phone calls, take reservations, and provide menu information
Assist servers and managers in maintaining guest flow and satisfaction
Ensure the entry and waiting areas are clean and organized
Provide exceptional hospitality from arrival to departure
QualificationsRequirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior restaurant or hospitality experience a plus
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage reservations, waitlists, and seating assignments efficiently
Strong phone etiquette and ability to answer guest questions
Warm, professional, and welcoming demeanor
Ability to remain calm under pressure during peak periods
Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
