Job Category: Restaurant - Food ServiceThe Food Runner / Busser is responsible for delivering food quickly and accurately while maintaining a clean, organized, and guest-ready dining environment. This dual-role position supports servers, bartenders, and the kitchen by ensuring efficient food delivery, table maintenance, and smooth service flow. This role is essential to maximizing table turns and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- High sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30–40 lbs (bus tubs, multiple plates)
- Ability to bend, reach, and move quickly in tight spaces
