Salary Range: $15.00 - $30.00 Hourly

Job Category: Restaurant - Food ServiceThe Food Runner/Busser is responsible for supporting smooth and efficient restaurant operations by ensuring food is delivered to guests quickly and accurately while keeping guest areas clean, stocked, and organized. This role works closely with the kitchen, bartenders, servers, and management to maintain a high level of service throughout the shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run food promptly and accurately to the correct guests/tables.
- Verify orders are complete and properly presented before leaving the kitchen.
- Communicate missing, incorrect, or delayed items to the appropriate team member.
- Clear and reset tables throughout service.
- Maintain clean and organized dining, patio, and service areas.
- Keep buss tubs, trash cans, water stations, sauces, plates, napkins, plasticware, boxes, and bags stocked as needed.
- Assist with guest needs when encountered and communicate requests to the appropriate team member.
- Complete assigned opening, ongoing sidework, and closing responsibilities.
- Maintain awareness of the kitchen and service flow and assist where needed during high-volume periods.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, uniform, and workplace policies.
- Work as part of the team and remain productive throughout the entire scheduled shift.

Qualifications
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, or move up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Must be able to bend, reach, lift, and move frequently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
