
Short Description: Assisting in delivering youth programs, activities, and events, such as distributing program materials, tutoring members, etc., as directed by your supervisor.
Assisting in supervising members in the program area and throughout the Club, as appropriate, to ensure member safety, report any disciplinary or other issues to your supervisor, etc.
Assisting members with program rotations and lining up for transitions, mealtimes, and other events throughout the Club.
Participating in collaborative programs and events with staff from other departments, Clubs, and community organizations, as directed by your supervisor.
Securing and maintaining materials, equipment, and other resources in the program area; maintaining a safe and clean program space.
Successlink Leaders provide additional support to Boston based Clubs through the City of Boston’s Successlink Grant.

We serve 14,000 children and teens, ages 6 to 18, in our Clubs, and through our programs and partnerships.
