SuccessFactors Module Owner (Product Owner)
Are you looking for an opportunity to grow in a global organization and use your skills within SAP SuccessFactors? This is a position where you will join us as a Module Owner in People & Culture at Lundbeck. In this role, you will work closely with colleagues based in Copenhagen, Denmark, our global People & Culture community, and our shared services center in Krakow.
Your new role
In your role, you will primarily be working with SAP SuccessFactors but also other systems which are or will be part of our systems landscape. You will be an advisor and expert within the systems where your responsibility is to digitally enable our HR processes and create a great user experience. You are expected to take ownership, and to proactively seek optimal solutions with relevant stakeholders and drive initiatives forward.

You will become part of our Digital Experience team in the global People & Culture organization and join 50+ P&C colleagues. In P&C, we partner with the business to create meaningful impact. Our size allows us to work in specialist teams without ending up in silos, as we make it a priority to work cross-functionally.
We approach our work with an agile mindset and prioritize both regular knowledge sharing and social activities to build a positive and informal culture. We are very enthusiastic about what we do, and we focus on well-being for the individual along the way.
The position is based in Krakow and you are expected to spend 3 months at our headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark during your onboarding.
What you bring to the team
You have at least 4-5 years of experience working with SuccessFactors, preferably as subject matter expert, and a good understanding of end-to-end HR processes. Previous experience working in a global organization is an advantage but not required.
