is seeking an experienced

SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant

to support

SAP GROW (SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition)

transformation initiatives by implementing and optimizing

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in core HR processes, organizational management, workforce administration, and Employee Central configuration.


This role will work closely with HR stakeholders, business process owners, project teams, and technical resources to deliver scalable cloud-based HR solutions that align with SAP best practices and business transformation goals.


Key Responsibilities

Employee Central Implementation & Configuration

  • Lead the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions.


  • Conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and solution design discussions.


  • Configure Employee Central modules including:


    • Core HR


    • Organizational Management


    • Position Management


    • Employee Data Management


    • Workforce Administration


    • Business Rules and Workflows


    • Foundation Objects


  • Design and document future-state HR processes aligned with SAP best practices.


  • Support global and local HR process requirements while maintaining standardization.


Business Process Consulting

  • Analyze existing HR processes and recommend process improvements.


  • Advise clients on HR transformation strategies and Employee Central capabilities.


  • Develop functional specifications, process flows, configuration workbooks, and business process documentation.


  • Support organizational structure design and workforce management initiatives.


  • Ensure compliance with business, regulatory, and organizational requirements.


Integration & Data Migration

  • Collaborate with integration teams to support interfaces between Employee Central and SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.


  • Support integration with payroll, time management, benefits, recruiting, and third-party systems.


  • Assist with data migration strategy, data mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities.


  • Participate in testing of integrations and data conversion activities.


Testing, Training & Deployment

  • Develop and execute test scenarios, system integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).


  • Support defect resolution and system validation activities.


  • Deliver knowledge transfer and training sessions for business users and administrators.


  • Participate in cutover planning, go-live activities, and hypercare support.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.


  • 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central consulting experience.


  • Hands-on experience configuring and implementing Employee Central solutions.


  • Strong expertise in:


    • Employee Central


    • Foundation Objects


    • Business Rules


    • Workflows


    • Position Management


    • Organizational Management


    • Employee Lifecycle Processes


  • Experience supporting global HR transformation initiatives.


  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.


Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification.


  • Experience with SAP GROW and SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.


  • SAP Activate methodology experience.


  • Experience with SAP Integration Suite and middleware platforms.


  • Knowledge of Employee Central Payroll integration.


  • Consulting or System Integrator experience.
