To take our journey to the next level, we are currently seeking a customer-centric, energetic, and highly motivated Success Tower Team Manager to join our Logistics Function in Stockholm

About the role

As a Success Tower Team Manager, you will play a key role in leading and developing a team within our Success Tower organization. This is a hands-on leadership role close to operations, where your focus will be on creating structure, driving performance and ensuring a high-quality customer experience in day-to-day operations.

You will be responsible for supporting, coaching and developing the team while ensuring efficient and well-functioning daily operations. The role requires close collaboration across teams and a strong ability to prioritise, plan and allocate resources in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities and Objectives

  • Support the Success Tower Manager in leading and developing the team with a focus on long-term performance, engagement and accountability

  • Hold personnel responsibility for a designated group of team members, including performance follow-ups, development and supporting employees in their day-to-day work

  • Coordinate and ensure efficient scheduling and resource planning in alignment with the Success Tower Manager

  • Ensure structure for daily planning and prioritisation to create clarity and efficiency in operations

  • Ensure that deviations are identified, addressed and used as a basis for continuous improvement

  • Contribute to improving and optimising processes, workflows and resource utilisation

  • Work closely with the Success Tower Manager to align on priorities, staffing and operational direction

  • Support and drive recruitment processes and onboarding within the team in alignment with overall function needs


We are looking for someone with

  • Around 2-3 years of experience in similar roles, including leadership responsibility

  • A genuine interest in leadership and a strong drive for personal development

  • Experience of working in customer centric roles with a focus on both customer experience and operational efficiency

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and relationships through high integrity

  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)

  • Experience of recruitment and onboarding, and understanding of how to build strong teams

  • Swedish and English proficiency

  • Process understanding and experience of working with process development
