The Success Programs Delivery POD enables customers to accelerate value realization from Microsoft cloud investments by ensuring high-quality, consistent, and scalable delivery of Success Program engagements.

The team operates as the execution backbone of the Success Programs model, orchestrating delivery partners, ensuring adherence to standards, and maintaining strong governance across planning, execution, and outcomes.

By combining operational discipline, technical fluency, and customer-centric leadership, the POD drives predictable delivery, continuous improvement, and trusted execution at scale—while adapting to local market dynamics and regulatory requirements.

The POD Lead is responsible for end-to-end delivery orchestration of Success Programs within their assigned geography, ensuring that customer engagements are delivered with the highest standards of quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

This role leads the operational execution of Success Programs by managing delivery partners, guiding delivery professionals, enforcing governance and delivery standards, and acting as the primary escalation and quality authority. The POD Lead works closely with CSAMs, internal stakeholders, and partners to align delivery execution with customer priorities and Microsoft business objectives.

In Ireland, the POD Lead plays a critical role in balancing global delivery standards with local market, regulatory, and cultural requirements, enabling scalable execution while protecting customer trust, delivery quality, and business continuity.

Responsibilities

• Drive Strategic Customer Success & Business Outcomes: Lead highly complex customer engagements by delivering secure, resilient, AI-enabled solutions, removing blockers, managing risks, resolving executive-level escalations, and accelerating adoption, consumption, and long-term business value realization.
• Influence Customer Strategy & Executive Decision-Making: Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders and technical decision-makers, shaping technology strategy, advocating for innovative solutions, aligning Microsoft capabilities to business outcomes, and driving transformation through strategic guidance and industry expertise.
• Champion the Customer & Expand Business Opportunities: Act as the voice of the customer across Microsoft, influencing product direction, solution roadmaps, and service offerings while proactively identifying cross-solution growth opportunities, driving consumption expansion, and strengthening customer and partner relationships.
• Provide Global Thought Leadership & Organizational Impact: Lead technical communities, mentor and develop talent, drive innovation and intellectual property creation, influence Microsoft frameworks and methodologies, and represent Microsoft's technology vision through industry events, executive engagements, and scalable best practices.
• Own the end-to-end execution of Success Programs engagements within the assigned geography, ensuring delivery quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and orchestrate Delivery Partners and Delivery Professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and oversight to ensure adherence to Microsoft delivery standards, governance, and compliance requirements.
• Act as the primary point of accountability for delivery quality, including risk management, issue resolution, and escalation handling across active engagements.
• Partner closely with CSAMs, account teams, and internal stakeholders to align delivery execution with customer priorities, business objectives, and Success Programs outcomes.
• Enforce delivery governance, including readiness checks, delivery reviews, compliance validation, and post-delivery feedback loops.
• Balance global operating models and standards with local regulatory, cultural, and market requirements, ensuring compliant and scalable execution in Ireland.
• Drive continuous improvement through operational insights, delivery metrics, customer feedback, and partner performance evaluation.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience
• Experience leading complex cloud architecture or technical customer-success engagements involving multiple architects, engineers, consultants or delivery partners
• Experience leading technical delivery through a virtual or cross-functional teams

Cloud Solution Architecture IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across Ireland is € 80,000.00 - € 151,700.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
