The GRASP Success Coach provides individualized academic, personal, and career development support to students participating in the program to promote persistence, academic achievement, credential attainment, and successful transitions to further education or employment. Responsibilities include conducting regular individual or group coaching sessions, assisting students with course enrollment and program-of-study selection, monitoring academic progress and participation, facilitating personal introductions to essential student services, coordinating career exploration activities, and supporting student reflection and goal setting.
