The Subway Manager position requires an energetic leader who displays operational excellence in every area, as well as hires, trains and schedules employees.
Directs Overall restaurant management
Directs staff in food safety, food preparation and cleanliness standards
Responsible for inventory and money control systems
Creates and posts staff work schedules
Motivate and correct staff performance
Communicates changes in food preparations standards to staff as needed
Requirements
Must be able to work in all areas of the restaurant and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/cash register
Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday
Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
Restaurant experience and supervising and training experience preferred. Open availability required.
