Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging curriculum activities tailored to neurodiverse students, emphasizing inclusivity and individual strengths.
Foster a positive and supportive learning atmosphere that encourages social and personal development.
Employ diverse instructional strategies to meet unique learning needs, promoting both academic excellence and social growth.
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure student success and execute personalized education plans.
Evaluate and communicate student progress, maintaining effective communication with the team and families to support student well-being.
Requirements / Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree, preferably with a Special Education endorsement or in a related field.
Possession of a teacher's license from any state, or the willingness to pursue licensure.
Experience with or a strong interest in working with special needs students within a neurodiverse environment.
Adaptability in teaching methods to accommodate a wide range of learning disabilities and strengths.
A strong commitment to fostering a safe, nurturing educational environment for all students.
