Job Posting: Substitute Teacher

Preschool/Elementary/Middle Education (Cathedral School of St. Jude) – Open

We are seeking dependable and faith-filled Substitute Teachers to support our students and staff throughout the 2026–2027 school year. Substitute Teachers are responsible for maintaining a positive, structured learning environment in the absence of the classroom teacher, ensuring continuity of instruction and upholding the mission of Catholic education.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate classroom management skills, effective communication, flexibility, and a commitment to supporting both the academic and spiritual development of our students. They will follow provided lesson plans, lead students in prayer, and serve as role models of Catholic values. A bachelor’s degree and classroom experience are required. Practicing Catholics are preferred but not required.
