The ACES ACCESS Program seeks a dependable and compassionate Substitute SupportStaff member to assist adults with disabilities in a community-based day program. Responsibilities include supporting individuals in daily activities, ensuring safety, and assisting with community outings and program routines as needed. Substitutes may be called in to cover staff absences and must be flexible, reliable, and comfortable working in a team environment. Strong communication skills, patience, and professionalism are essential. Training will be provided.
