What You'll Be Doing

As a Substitute Preschool Assistant, you may:

  • Support teachers in maintaining a safe, engaging classroom

  • Help supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities

  • Assist with meals, transitions, and daily routines

  • Read stories, lead activities, and encourage learning through play

  • Step in wherever your classroom team needs an extra set of hands

What We're Looking For

  • At least 18 years old

  • High school graduates or GED equivalent

  • Reliable and adaptable

  • Friendly, patient, and positive

  • Comfortable working with young children

  • Ready to jump in wherever they're needed

Pay & Benefits

  • Starting Pay

    • Teacher Assistants & Aides: $17–$18.50/hour

    • Qualified Caregivers & Teachers: Up to $25/hour

  • $500 Sign-On Bonus ($1000 for Patch qualified Caregivers or Teachers!)
