Substitute School Food Service Worker – Fuel the Future!

Flexible, On-Call | Monday–Friday (No Nights or Weekends!)

What You’ll Do (When You’re Scheduled):
Prep, portion, and serve meals to students and staff
Set up and clean serving areas and kitchen equipment
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Contribute to a positive and welcoming mealtime atmosphere
Support the team and jump in wherever needed

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES

Education:
High School or GED


Certifications:
Food Handling certification preferred but not required


Other Qualifications, Experience and Competencies:
Speak and read English
• Some experience helpful
• Be able to lift 40 pounds or more

• Specific vision abilities required by this job include being able to see in dim lit areas such as walk-ins and storage areas.
• Position may require extended hours including evenings and/or weekends, possible travel to other work sites.
