Job Description

The Pickerington Local School District (PLSD) is seeking qualified applicants for Substitute Duty Aide positions throughout the district on an as needed basis.

Duty Aide- Hours vary per day. $12.50 per hour.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED equivalency
Interest in working with children
Ability to communicate and work well with others
Ability to maintain supervision of a small/large group situation and be able to quickly respond to student needs
Ability to follow directions and a strong desire to succeed
Must be respectful and work collaboratively with peers
Must be dependable and exhibit a strong work ethic
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to maintain and respect confidential information and situations
Must work well with students, staff and parents of diverse populations
