What You’ll Do
Support adults with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities
Assist with daily living: meals, personal care, hygiene, and household tasks
Administer medications (Medication Administration, Cat 1, required)
Transport individuals to medical appointments, activities, and community outings
Encourage independence, choice, and self advocacy
Document care accurately and follow DODD & HIPAA guidelines
Represent Siffrin with professionalism and compassion
Additional medical certifications (G/J Tube Cat 2, Insulin Cat 3) may be required based on location.

Schedule
Part time, substitute/fill in role (typically under 30 hours/week)
Flexible shifts across multiple residential locations
Opportunity to pick up extra hours as needed
No company paid PTO (substitute classification)
QualificationsWhat You’ll Need
High School Diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license & acceptable driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with transfers
Basic computer skills (documentation, email, internet)
Willingness to complete required training
Background check required
