ANNOUNCEMENT OF SERVICE VACANCY

POSITION: Day-to-Day Substitute Cook

QUALIFICATIONS: As per county and state regulations pursuant to d18A-4-15

1. Must be 18 years of age, or older
2. Must take and pass the State Cook Competency Test
3. Must be able to perform cook duties
4. Must hold or be able to acquire a valid health card issued by the Lewis County Health Department
5. Must be willing to work at all school locations, as needed
6. Must attend in-service training for hot lunch procedures
7. Position subject to Lewis County Schools policy 4120.04
8. Must maintain a courteous and professional demeanor
9. Adhere to strong confidentiality standards at all times
10. Must pass a background check

SALARY: As provided in West Virginia Code 18A-4-8 and 18A-4-8a

TERM: Day-to-Day, As Needed Only
