At the Y, our licensed childcare programs create safe, nurturing spaces where children build confidence, friendships, and skills that last a lifetime. As part of our team, you’ll provide caring support across our Early Learning Centers in Beverly, Gloucester, Salem, Marblehead,  and Ipswich. To qualify for the substitute teacher rate, candidates must be open to traveling to all listed sites.

Qualifications
Certification through the Massachusetts Department of Education and Care in Infant/Toddler or Preschool Education, or the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services (NH) preferred but not required.
Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule.
Ability to adapt quickly and step into new teaching environments as needed.
Flexibility to support various age groups and modify activities accordingly.
