Casual/Seasonal Hourly Rate: $50.00 /hour
(Playoffs: Soccer, Volleyball, Field Hockey, XC; Tryouts: Basketball, Swim and Cheer)
This will be coverage for the Athletic Trainer for all Fall Playoffs should the Soccer, Field Hockey, Volleyball or XC Teams qualify. It will also include coverage of the start of Winter Season tryouts including Basketball and Cheer onsite. Attendance at Swim practices is not required. Additional dates may become available after this period.
Under direction of the Athletic Director, the Substitute Athletic Trainer will help maintain the physical well-being of interscholastic athletes through the development and implementation of a comprehensive athletic health care program that focuses on injury prevention and provides for injury evaluation and immediate care and rehabilitation of injured athletes on an as needed basis.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly talking, expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word. Those activities in which they must convey detailed or important spoken instructions to other workers accurately, loudly, or quickly. The employee must possess normal cognitive abilities including the ability to learn, recall and apply certain practices and policies. Frequently sitting and/or remaining in a stationary position for long periods of time. Exerting up to 25 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
The work of this class is generally performed in a school environment or outdoors. Work may require the ability to move around the school, gymnasiums, or athletic fields. Duties may be performed away from school. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
