Senior Substation Project Manager

Area Fully Remote
Shift 1st Shift

• Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team delivering substation physical and protection & control designs for utilities and EPC partners
• Manage project budgets, schedules, resources, and client relationships throughout all project phases
• Review and guide deliverables to ensure technical quality and compliance with industry standards
• Foster collaboration and drive a team culture focused on communication, accountability, and innovation
• Support business development through proposal preparation and client engagement
• Act as a trusted advisor and problem solver for clients and team members alike
• Apply deep understanding of high-voltage substation design and the power delivery process across all phases of project delivery
• Maintain PMP certification (required) to support project leadership and delivery standards; PE license a plus
