The opportunity:
You will be a part of the GA Secondary team and support the execution of Protection and Control engineering. Your work involves mainly creating electrical circuit diagrams and supporting documents. We use the AutoCAD Electrical tool for generating the schematics. You will be an individual contributor who would deliver the tasks as per the given inputs and when required need to work in coordination with other colleagues and should ex hibit good collaborative skills to complete the task. In the absence of your Lead or in some cases, you will be required to interact with our counterparts to get/clarify queries. You may also interact with other departments like Primary, Project Management, and Production.
How you’ll make an impact:
Preparation of Single Line Diagram/Protection Single Line Diagram, preparation of Panel Layout and BOM.
Preparation of Protection and Control Panel schematics for Medium/High Voltage Substation, preparation of Junction Box for CT, VT, and Density monitors, AC / DC Load calculation.
Preparation of Trip Matrix and IO Signal list, preparation of Interlocking table and schematics for various Busbar configurations.
Addressing the technical queries raised by the customer during the execution of a project, if required. Interaction with various cross-function teams like Primary, Project Management, and Production, when required.
Self-reviewing the documents before submitting them to Lead Engineer, generating Preliminary BOM by understanding the importance and consequences of releasing it.
Preparation of Mimic boards in line with SLD and Layout drawings. Understanding and preparation of Communication Architecture diagrams.
Preparation of protection schematics (Trafo, Line, Busbar) when we’ve integrated protection in LCC . Selection of Bay Control Unit and other protection IEDs, preparation of complete Digital Control & Protection drawings as part of Digital Substation (with NCITs, MU’s, SAM600 modules, etc).
Configuration Relays and Testing of Relays added advantage, adhering to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications.
You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:
You hold a bachelor’s degree with minimum 6+ years of IT/OT Industry Experience in Control System Automation (3+ years of Cybersecurity with emphasis on OT) or 5 + years as an OT Cyber Security Implementer or Architect
Advanced Knowledge OT Networking and Network security.
Experienced working in OT environment components and OT security.
Knowledge of Cybersecurity Regulation, Standards and Framework - (IEC62443, NERC–CIP, BDEW, NIST Publication).
Awareness on current Cybersecurity controls and solutions – Endpoint Security, AAA, Security logging, Hardening benchmarks.
Knowledge on Security tool (NESSUS, CIS CAT, Nmap). Understanding on Computer networks and network security – Firewall, IDS.
Desirable with ISA 99 / 62443 – Cybersecurity Fundamentals Specialist, GIAC, GICSP, CEH certification.
Good communication skills both written and verbal.
