Job Description

Volunteers of America Ohio & Indiana seeks energetic, self-motivated, dynamic professionals to join its expanding team. As a statewide organization, we have over 800 committed and caring/compassionate employees working in multiple impact areas. This position is specific to the area of Veterans services.

The Counselor will be responsible for providing structured and informative treatment/educational groups in a residential or out-patient setting and maintaining appropriate documentation; responsible for providing individual counseling as needed.

Qualifications

Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent . Additionally, applicants must have a CDCA license. First Aid & CPR certification is required and must be maintained. VOAOHIN will provide certification if not already obtained
