About the team:
The User Growth team is building the next generation of membership and loyalty experiences for TikTok Shop. This includes subscription programs, benefit systems, and incentive mechanisms designed to increase user retention, frequency, and long-term value. We operate at the intersection of product, economics, and user perception to define scalable membership strategies globally and localize them for the US market.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end strategy for TikTok Shop repurchase and subscription products, including benefit design, pricing logic, and value proposition.
- Drive adoption, engagement, and retention of subscription programs by continuously improving perceived user value and ROI efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across Product, Marketing, Finance, Ops, and HQ teams to align on membership strategy and execution.
- Define and optimize key membership levers such as benefits (e.g., cashback, free shipping), incentives, and exclusive experiences to increase purchase frequency and customer lifetime value.
- Translate global frameworks into locally relevant strategies, ensuring strong product-market match in the US.
- Develop and scale experimentation frameworks to evaluate incremental impact on metrics such as retention, RPR, and LTGMV.
- Communicate strategy, insights, and results effectively to stakeholders and leadership teams.
