About the Role

Reporting to the National Submissions Leader, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the submissions team, ensuring documents are reviewed, completed, and submitted accurately and within agreed service timeframes.

You will play a key role in managing workflows, supporting team performance, maintaining quality standards, and building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support members of the Submissions Team
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
• Allocate daily workloads and monitor team performance against KPIs
• Review quotes, estimates, reports, and documentation for accuracy, formatting, grammar, and compliance
• Manage submission lifecycles and ensure service level agreements are consistently met
• Monitor and maintain reporting requirements and weekly KPI reporting
• Build strong relationships with field supervisors, estimators, and insurer representatives
• Support process improvements and identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency
• Assist with auditing, compliance activities, and issue resolution when required
• Contribute to the ongoing development of team processes, procedures, and training materials

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• Previous experience in a team leadership, administration, or coordination role
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes
• Excellent written communication, grammar, and proofreading skills
• Advanced computer skills and confidence using Microsoft Office and multiple systems
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• The ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• A positive, collaborative attitude and commitment to team success
• Experience reviewing detailed scopes of work, estimates, or technical documentation will be highly regarded
• Typing speed of approximately 60 WPM or higher
