We’re looking for a strong communicator and detail-focused Administration Officer to support our Submissions Team. This full-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.

About the Role

• You’ll work closely with Building Supervisors and Estimators to ensure all documentation is accurate, professional, and delivered on time.
• Your key responsibilities will include: Reviewing quotes, estimates, and assessment reports for accuracy, formatting, and grammar.
• Submitting documents to insurers within required timeframes.
• Liaising with supervisors and internal teams to finalise documents.
• Updating internal and client systems to align with KPIs.
• Communicating with colleagues to resolve issues efficiently.
• Providing feedback to improve document quality.

About You

• You’ll bring proven administrative skills and a strong eye for detail.
• Experience reading scopes of work (desirable).
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• A proactive, reliable, and positive work ethic.
• Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to process changes.
• Confidence working in a team in a KPI-driven environment.
