Te kōwhiringa | The Opportunity
As a Submissions Coordinator, you’ll support the development and delivery of bid submissions, presentations, and capability statements that help secure new work. Working closely with Bid Managers, operational leaders, and technical experts, you’ll help produce clear, client-focused submissions that highlight our strengths and differentiators.
You’ll take ownership of smaller (Cat 1–2) opportunities end-to-end and support larger, more complex tenders (Cat 3+) through capture planning, stakeholder coordination, and writing non-price attributes.
Key responsibilities

Proven experience in tender, proposal, or submissions coordination roles
Strong writing and editing skills, with an ability to translate technical information into clear, persuasive content
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
Strong research and analytical capability
Confident communication skills and experience facilitating workshops or stakeholder discussions
A proactive, adaptable approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
A commitment to continuous improvement and responsiveness to feedback
Qualifications (desirable)
Tertiary qualification in communications, marketing, business, or a related discipline
Equivalent practical experience in tenders or proposals will also be considered
