Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with strong experience in designing, developing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Catalog Management, Workflow Automation, and Integrations. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to implement scalable and efficient ServiceNow solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Develop and customize workflows, Flow Designer solutions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Service Catalogs.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
• Configure and maintain ITSM modules including Incident, Change, Problem, Request, and Knowledge Management.
• Support CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, and monitoring tool integrations.
• Develop automation solutions leveraging ServiceNow native capabilities and scripting.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Participate in platform upgrades, patching, testing, and release activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design scalable solutions.
• Create technical design documents, test cases, and operational documentation.
• Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices and organizational development standards.
• Provide production support, on-call support, and weekend implementation support as required

Key Responsibilities

Required Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Platform Development.
• Expertise in:
• Experience with:
• Strong JavaScript development skills.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and APIs.
• Knowledge of PowerShell, Python, Shell Scripting, or Linux scripting.
• Working knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
• Experience integrating third-party monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, SolarWinds, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies.

Skill Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Experience with ServiceNow Event Management, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD integration practices.
