Senior Microsoft 365 Consultant – SharePoint, Purview, Power Platform & Collaboration Solutions\\r\\nExperience Required\\r\\nMinimum 11+ years of end-to-end experience in Microsoft technologies, with strong consulting, implementation, architecture, governance, migration, and client engagement exposure.\\r\\nJob Summary\\r\\nWe are seeking a highly experienced and client-focused Senior Microsoft 365 Consultant with deep expertise in SharePoint On-Premises, SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Purview, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Information Protection, Power Platform, Exchange Online, and enterprise collaboration modernization.\\r\\nThis role requires a seasoned professional who can operate as a consultant, solution architect, implementer, advisor, and techno-managerial leader, driving digital workplace transformation initiatives across enterprise clients. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in solutioning, governance, migration, modernization, automation, tenant optimization, cost-saving analysis, proactive monitoring, and stakeholder management.\\r\\nThe candidate should be capable of leading strategic discussions, proposing innovative business value to clients, and delivering scalable, secure, and modern Microsoft 365 solutions aligned with governance, compliance, and business objectives.\\r\\n________________________________________\\r\\nKey Responsibilities\\r\\nMicrosoft 365 Consulting & Solutioning\\r\\n• Lead end-to-end consulting engagements for Microsoft 365 and collaboration platforms.\\r\\n• Assess client environments, understand business requirements, and propose scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions.\\r\\n• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on digital workplace transformation, collaboration strategy, governance, compliance, and modernization.\\r\\n• Provide solution architecture and implementation guidance across SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams-adjacent collaboration, Exchange Online, Purview, and Power Platform.\\r\\n• Identify opportunities to introduce new value propositions, automation use cases, optimization strategies, and transformation roadmaps for clients.\\r\\nSharePoint Expertise\\r\\n• Design, implement, administer, and modernize SharePoint On-Premises and SharePoint Online environments.\\r\\n• Lead classic-to-modern SharePoint transformation initiatives.\\r\\n• Architect and implement Hub and Spoke architecture for modern intranet and collaboration ecosystems.\\r\\n• Manage site architecture, information architecture, permissions model, content lifecycle, versioning strategy, metadata, search optimization, and governance.\\r\\n• Drive file share to SharePoint Online / OneDrive migrations and content restructuring initiatives.\\r\\n• Support enterprise collaboration scenarios, document management, records handling, and business process enablement through SharePoint.\\r\\nPurview, Compliance & Information Protection\\r\\n• Design and implement Microsoft Purview policies across enterprise environments.\\r\\n• Lead initiatives around DLP, Information Protection, sensitivity labeling, retention, records management, and compliance governance.\\r\\n• Define and enforce data governance, content protection, and regulatory.

Key Responsibilities

1. To ensure on-time resolution & quality compliance of escalated tickets/incident as per the agreed SLA
2. To perform value addition activities (such as mentoring administrators/team members, preparing SOPs, maintaining effective documentation simultaneously and Knowledge sharing.) In addition act as a liaison to the business segment, facilitating effective communication and presentation to key business stakeholders as & when required.
3. To validate Change Order Implementation Plan & Human Error Compliance and participate in Capacity planning
4. To ensure positive customer feedback & satisfaction through active participation in customer meetings to understand any issues faced
5. To validate analyses (eg. Root Cause Analysis ,Trend Analysis) and reports to facilitate performance in tasks to be presented to key business stakeholders
