Level 3: Leading modules within our Foundation Year (Business pathway)
Levels 5: Leading modules within our FdA Applied Business Management, and Hospitality and Event Management programmes
London College of Contemporary Arts (LCCA) is seeking five dedicated and experienced Subject Leads to provide academic leadership for business modules within our Foundation School.
The Subject Lead is a key academic role responsible for the design, delivery, and quality of specific modules. You will ensure that your modules are intellectually stimulating, industry-relevant, and pedagogically sound. Whether you are supporting students at the start of their journey at Level 3 or guiding them through their professional development at Level 5, your focus will be on maintaining high academic standards and driving student success.
While this role does not involve direct line management, you will provide the "academic North Star" for your modules—coordinating with Module Coordinators and lecturers to ensure a consistent and high-quality experience for every student.
We are looking for a professional who balances subject expertise with a genuine passion for teaching and student achievement. You should be comfortable using data to inform your practice and have a collaborative approach to working with academic teams.
Why Join LCCA?
LCCA offers a supportive and dynamic environment in the heart of London. You will join a community of academics and industry professionals dedicated to providing diverse student groups with the skills they need to thrive.
