CALIFICACIÓN
Título universitario en Ingeniería Ambiental, Química, Industrial o carrera afín.
FORMACIÓN
Deseable posgrado o especialización en gestión ambiental o dirección de proyectos
CONOCIMIENTO TÉCNICO
• Conocimiento avanzado en normativa de calidad del aire, DS61, RES1449, DE4, DS12, RE126, Ley 19300.
• Dominio de normativas ambientales y sistemas de calidad acreditables.
• Manejo de herramientas de gestión, Excel avanzado y plataformas operativas.
HABILIDADES
Liderazgo y gestión de equipos, comunicación efectiva, orientación a resultados, resolución de problemas y toma de decisiones, negociación y manejo de conflictos, pensamiento estratégico, adaptabilidad y gestión del cambio, trabajo colaborativo, ética y compromiso con la normativa.
EXPERIENCIA
• Mínimo 5 años en cargos de jefatura técnica u operacional en monitoreo de calidad del aire.
• Experiencia en gestión de equipos, trato con clientes industriales y cumplimiento normativo.
