What will you do?

Responsable de la ejecución de la política de la dirección en todos sus aspectos, asumiendo las funciones del Director/a ante su ausencia.
Organizar, dirigir, coordinar y supervisar, por delegación del director/a, toda la operativa del Hotel, tanto en el área de alojamiento, como en la de Alimentos y Bebidas. Coordinar y supervisar la labor de los jefes de departamento.
• Convocar y/o participar en los breefings periódicos con los jefes de departamento para informar, informarse o discutir los asuntos que surjan.
• Asegurar los niveles de calidad según los objetivos marcados. Recibir y atender a los clientes a lo largo de su estancia en el Hotel.
• Colaborar en la elaboración y seguimiento del presupuesto. Elaborar el forecast quincenal con la colaboración de todos los departamentos involucrados.
• Participar en la comercialización del Hotel (TTOO, visitas comerciales, eventos, etc.) Así como también en los aspectos relacionados con el revenue management y e-commerce.
• Supervisar junto con los jefes los diferentes informes de plantilla, ratios de personal así como participar en los procesos de selección del personal, seguimiento de desempeño y en general en cualquier política de RRHH.

What are we looking for?

• Experiencia previa de al menos 5 años como Subdirector/a de Hotel o Director junior en un producto vacacional.
• Nivel fluido de inglés (se valorará el dominio de otros idiomas: alemán, italiano, etc.)
• Titulación académica a nivel de Diplomatura, preferiblemente en Turismo, Hostelería o similar
• Experiencia en gestión integral del Hotel, gestión, operativa y trato con el cliente.
• Con buenas habilidades de comunicación
• Buenas habilidades comerciales.
• Capacidad de análisis
• Capacidad de resolución de problemas
• Trabajo en equipo
• Gestión y desarrollo de equipos
