Acerca del rol

Responsable de la operación y mantenimiento eficiente de todos los sistemas informáticos y de las actividades de comunicaciones de datos y voz en la propiedad.

Lo que vas a hacer

  • Garantizar la operación continua de los sistemas críticos del hotel (PMS, POS, HSIA, PABX, Call Accounting), asegurando disponibilidad 24/7 y una respuesta rápida ante incidentes.

  • Brindar soporte técnico a huéspedes, usuarios internos y áreas operativas, incluyendo salas de reuniones, conferencias y administración, cumpliendo con los SLA establecidos.

  • Administrar y mantener la infraestructura tecnológica, incluyendo servidores, Active Directory, red cableada e inalámbrica, firewalls, VPN, antivirus, backups y recuperación.

  • Gestionar cuentas de usuarios, configuraciones, permisos, documentación técnica y procedimientos de uso para garantizar estándares de seguridad y operatividad.

  • Coordinar y supervisar proveedores externos y proyectos tecnológicos, así como participar en implementaciones corporativas y adquisiciones.

  • Velar por el cumplimiento de los estándares de TI de Four Seasons, buenas prácticas tecnológicas, políticas internas y relaciones armoniosas con departamentos y oficina central.

  • Contribuir a la planificación tecnológica, incluyendo soporte en presupuestos de capital/operación, recomendaciones de nuevas aplicaciones y asistencia ocasional a otras áreas como contabilidad.

Requisitos

  • Ingeniero de sistemas.

  • Experiencia de mínimo 5 años brindando soporte a redes complejas

  • Inglés avanzado

  • Conocimiento en estándares centrales de TI

  • Conocimiento de principios básicos de contabilidad.
