
The Subcontracts Administrator supports project execution of prime federal government and commercial contracts across construction and services business lines by securing timely and cost-effective subcontract agreements and maintaining strong vendor relationships. This role ensures compliance with prime contract requirements, FAR/DFARS flow‑downs, and internal policies while serving as a trusted day‑to‑day point of contact for subcontractors and program teams.
Ahtna, Inc.’s procure-to-pay function is focused on enhancing scalability, compliance, and operational performance. This role supports standardized, data-driven processes and plays a key part in advancing improvements across procurement and contract management functions.

The salary range for this position is $86,189-$106,012 per year.
