
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Entry-Level Subcontract Administrator to support subcontract activities for NASA-related programs. This role is ideal for candidates with 0–2 years of experience who are interested in developing a career in government contracting and procurement within a growing small business environment. The selected candidate will support subcontract administration activities, supplier coordination, compliance tracking, and cross-functional program support for mission-focused federal contracts.
Job Duties:
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (in Business Administration or related field) and 0-2 years related experience or 2-4 years of related experience in lieu of education requirement.
Knowledge of various contract types including CPAF, CPFF, T&M, and FFP
Understanding of FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations) and Federal Travel Regulations (FTR)
Understanding of government contracting principles
Excellent written and oral communication skills, along with organizational, analytical, and project/time management skills
Must be detail oriented with the ability to work well with a diverse technical and administrative team in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
Critical attention to detail
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Applications including Excel and Word
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident due to facility requirements
Salary range is $52k-$57k
Potential for hybrid work for the right candidate
Desired Qualifications:
Familiarity with Deltek Costpoint or similar accounting/timekeeping systems.
Expertise with Microsoft Excel
Understanding of contract and subcontract closeouts
US Citizenship or Permanent Residence Required
