Are you an experienced and passionate Support Coordinator or Psychosocial Recovery Coach?

Skylight Mental Health is seeking multiple motivated professionals to join our dynamic NDIS team. As a subcontractor with Skylight, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with a focus on psychosocial disabilities (but not exclusive) to navigate the NDIS, achieve their goals, and enhance their independence.

What You’ll Need:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in Support Coordination or Psychosocial Recovery Coaching

• Business Setup: An Australian Business Number (ABN) and Public Liability & Professional Insurance.

• Clearances: NDIS Workers Clearance & DHS Working with Children Clearance.

• Transport: A reliable vehicle that is fully insured.

• Tech Ready: A smartphone and laptop to manage your caseload efficiently.

The Royal Children's Hospital (RCH) has been providing outstanding care for Victoria's children and their families for over 147 years.

We are the major specialist paediatric hospital in Victoria and our care extends to children from Tasmania, southern New South Wales and other states around Australia and overseas.

With a passionate, highly skilled and committed staff campus wide of over 5,000, we provide a full range of clinical services, tertiary care and health promotion and prevention programs for children and young people.

We are the designated state-wide major trauma centre for paediatrics in Victoria and a Nationally Funded Centre for cardiac and liver transplantation.
