Who are we looking for?
An organised and proactive coordinator who enjoys ownership and responsibility. Someone who can manage multiple subcontractor packages, keep track of deadlines and make sure every stage of the process is completed accurately and efficiently.
A confident communicator who can build strong working relationships. You'll be dealing directly with subcontractors while working closely with Commercial, Engineering and Project Management teams to make sure requirements, timelines and expectations are clear.
Someone who is commercially aware and enjoys finding better ways of working, with the confidence to research new subcontractors, evaluate tender responses, complete due diligence and contribute to improving how we manage our subcontractor network.
Who will you work with?
You'll work closely with the Commercial, Quality, Estimating, Engineering and Project Management teams, as well as a wide range of existing and potential subcontractors.
You'll play a key role in ensuring outsourced work packages are competitively tendered, properly managed and released at the right time, helping to keep projects and workshop activity progressing efficiently.

The role involves taking end-to-end ownership of subcontractor management, from identifying and tendering new subcontractors through to contract award, onboarding and delivery. It requires close collaboration with Engineering, Project Management and Commercial teams to define scopes, manage RFQs, evaluate technical and commercial proposals, and support contract decisions. The position also involves conducting subcontractor due diligence, coordinating work packages and materials, monitoring workloads and performance, and managing regular progress meetings to ensure projects remain on schedule. Overall, the role acts as the main point of contact for subcontractors, ensuring compliance with contractual, safety and company requirements while maintaining accurate records and continuously improving subcontractor management processes.
