Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sourcing and recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential hires through proactive sourcing and networking.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand each department's needs and develop appropriate job descriptions and hiring criteria.

Required Skills

• Sourcing: The candidate must have a proven track record of sourcing and attracting top talent from various sources, including online job boards, networking events, and social media platforms.
• Recruitment: The candidate must have experience in managing the entire recruitment process, from posting job ads to conducting interviews and making job offers.
• Communication: The candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with potential hires and internal teams.
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Knowledge of labor legislation
• Experience with employer branding strategies
• Proficient in designing and implementing recruiting strategies
• Excellent understanding of recruitment processes
• Good interpersonal and decision-making skills
• Experience in conducting different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.)
• Proficiency in using HR software and databases
