You will be the Subcontract Program Management Senior Manager for the Subcontract Program Management team. Our team is responsible for overseeing subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance, and delivering program milestones.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Subcontract Program Management Senior Manager you will be responsible for leading subcontract program execution and driving strategic outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Direct and manage cost, quality, schedule, financial, and technical performance of subcontractors.
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing and subcontract program plans.
• Lead cross‑functional teams of engineers, quality, and procurement to ensure successful subcontract execution.
• Oversee the full subcontract lifecycle from business case through contract closeout.
• Establish milestone objectives and monitor performance against contractual specifications.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.

Basic Qualifications

• Development program experience in aerospace/defense
• Strong team leadership track record
• Proven ability to influence cross functional teams
• Strong negotiation experience.
• Proven track record of success in developing and executing business strategies for supply chain management, including proposal strategy, sales,and affordability.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading teams of program managers and subcontract administrators.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers, suppliers, and partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Desired Skills

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Experience with missile systems or defense industry
• Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).
• CAM certified
• Experience with design-to-cost, lean manufacturing, or design-for-manufacturability initiatives
• Background in supplier industrialization or supplier development
• Experience managing second-source qualification or obsolescence programs
• Exposure to complex, multi-tier global supply chains

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $158700.00 - $294700.00

• For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
