We are currently seeking a Subcontract Manager, reporting directly to our Head of Subcontractto join our Subcontract team based in Nanterre/La Défense.

About the mission we offer you:
At Home Office, you:
Participate in the subcontracting management strategy development.
Implement and perform subcontracting management process (including prime contract flow down, procedures issuance, bidder long list, master bid package, construction manhours estimate, evaluation of subcontractors…).
Perform negotiation, formation and award of formal subcontracts.
At Site, you:
Ensure field administration of subcontracts (change orders and back-charges management, invoicing, contractual letters, ) until subcontracts’ closeout.
Protect Technip Energies from claims, disputes and arbitration.
Ensure formal assessment of the subcontractors’ performance.
About you:

To be successful in this mission you should consider the following requirements:
5 to 10 years’ experience in subcontracting activities, with both activities in proposal phase (Home Office) and execution phase at Site.
Engineer grade, having a good understanding of the Oil & Gas environment, and of the technical disciplines (civil, piping, equipment, electrical, instrumentation…)
Good interpersonal and influential skills
Open-minded, agile, flexible
Fluency in professional English
MS Office
