
We are seeking a dynamic, results‑driven Subcontract Manager to lead the end‑to‑end execution of high‑value, complex purchase orders within a secure, classified environment. In this pivotal role, you will orchestrate the full life‑cycle of subcontracting actions—from precise requirement capture and meticulous sourcing strategy development to the assembly, negotiation, and placement of multimillion‑dollar contracts that underpin mission‑critical programs.
What you will be doing? You will serve as the primary liaison between internal engineering, program management, and external supplier networks, ensuring every subcontract aligns with stringent compliance, cost‑control, and schedule objectives. The ideal candidate brings at least 5 years of advanced procurement experience on aerospace or defense programs, a proven track record of managing large, technically intricate procurements, and a Secret clearance. Your expertise in risk mitigation and supply‑chain optimization, combined with exceptional communication and leadership skills, will drive supplier performance, foster innovative solutions, and uphold the highest standards of security and integrity essential to our nation’s defense initiatives.

Full-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00
