We are currently seeking a Subcontract Engineer, reporting directly to our Head of Subcontractto join our Subcontract team based in Nanterre/La Défense.

About the mission we offer you:
As a Subcontract Engineer, you will support subcontracting activities across project phases, both at Home Office and occasionally on site.
At Home Office, you:
Support the implementation of subcontracting strategies
Contribute to tendering processes (bidder lists, RFQs, bid evaluation)
Assist in the preparation of subcontract documentation and packages
Participate in commercial clarifications and negotiations
At Site, you:
Support subcontract administration (change orders, invoicing follow-up, correspondence)
Monitor subcontractor performance and progress
Assist in managing contractual risks and issues
Contribute to subcontract close-out activities
About you:

To be successful in this mission you should consider the following requirements:
Around 2 years’ experience in subcontracting, procurement or project environment
Engineering or Business degree, with interest in industrial projects
Basic understanding of construction or Oil & Gas environment is a plus
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Good communication and team spirit
Fluent in professional English
Proficient in MS Office
