
The Subregional Quality & Compliance Manager is responsible for driving consistent operational compliance across the sub-region in alignment with centrally governed Global Compliance programs. This role works closely with site operations and regional stakeholders to assess compliance, identify nonconformance, drive corrective actions through closure, and ensure audit readiness across all in-scope data centers, while providing clear and timely reporting to Regional and Global Compliance leadership.
What you’ll do
Execute Global Compliance programs within the sub-region, ensuring alignment with centrally governed policies, standards, and initiatives
Conduct internal audits at the data center level to assess operational compliance and identify nonconformance
Manage corrective action processes, agreeing remediation actions with stakeholders and tracking them through to timely and effective closure
Ensure on-time completion and submission of audit evidence, including COE audits, risk assessments, security self-assessments, and quarterly logical and physical access reviews
Prepare accurate and timely subregional reporting on nonconformance, risk mitigation, audit readiness, and key compliance activities
Support external audits by ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely delivery of evidence in line with global audit schedules
Oversee annual energy review processes, monitor PUE performance, and ensure accuracy of monthly energy data
Monitor legal compliance requirements, communicate changes, and conduct annual legal audits within the sub-region
Review local business continuity plans and coordinate business continuity testing exercises with operations teams
Engage regularly with operational management through site visits and ongoing collaboration with local site teams
What you’ll need
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Quality Manager or similar compliance-focused role
Hands-on experience supporting or implementing ISO, SOC, PCI, and related compliance programs
Experience conducting internal audits and managing nonconformance and corrective actions
Exposure to energy management, sustainability, or environmental compliance is an advantage
Experience working in an industrial, critical, or operationally intensive environment is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear compliance reports
Ability to engage effectively with operational, regional, and global stakeholders
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
