We are looking for a

Sub Regional Demand Planner South Europe

As Sub Regional Demand Planner you will be responsible for leading demand forecasting activities within the subregion and creation of a high-quality demand signal for the subregion, ensuring effective communication to relevant stakeholders, including sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance.

As FMC is on its DP journey, this role is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and optimization of demand planning processes and methodologies in SOUTH EUROPE subregion.

What You'll Do With Us:

  • Conduct Demand Planning and trend analysis by reviewing plans and identifying risks & opportunities, including weekly and monthly demand forecasting and long range planning (LRP).

  • Support product launches and create SKUs (product codes), ensuring seamless integration into the supply chain.

  • Utilize SAP/S4 HANA integrated business tool and create reports for sales vs. open orders and profitability analysis on a monthly and quarterly basis.

  • Provide analytical support for business planning, collaborating cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Supply departments.

  • Analyse forecast accuracy and adjust forecasting models demand plan volumes as needed based on changes in market conditions, customer behaviour and other factors.

  • Lead internal monthly demand reviews with key stakeholders (sales, marketing, registration), participate in demand planning meetings, implementing KPI’s and focusing on inventory management.

Your qualification & attributes

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in demand planning or supply chain management; experience in the agricultural industry is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in English (upper-intermediate level or higher), with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong command of the MS Office suite, with advanced proficiency in Excel, as well as solid skills in Word and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and analytical skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
