【職位使命】
負責企業應用系統之設計、開發與維運，將業務需求轉化為穩定且可維護的系統功能，並確保既有系統在功能擴充與需求變更時維持穩定運作。
【主要工作內容】
- 參與內部資訊系統(NB/POS)之設計、開發與功能維護。
- 依據需求文件進行系統開發與功能修改。
- 分析並排除系統異常與 Production Issue。
- 維護既有系統程式並進行程式優化。
- 參與 Code Review，確保程式品質與可維護性。
- 撰寫與維護系統技術文件。
- 與 BA、SA、Infra 等相關團隊合作完成系統交付。
- 評估需求變更對既有系統的影響並提出技術建議。
【工作內容補充】
- 支援系統版本部署與上線作業，確保系統變更順利完成。
- 協助分析並處理系統異常或緊急事件。
【工作條件】
- 需配合系統維運需求，提供假日 On-call 支援，協助檢測系統系統狀況。
- 需配合系統發佈時程，支援特殊時段上版作業（非工作時段）。
- 若發生系統重大異常，需能配合進行緊急處理與問題排除。
【必要條件】
- 熟悉 Java 開發語言。
- 熟悉 Web Application 開發。
- 熟悉REST API 設計與整合。
- 熟悉 SQL 與資料庫操作。
- 熟悉 Git 或其他版本控制工具。
- 具備系統分析與問題排除能力。
- 了解基本軟體開發流程（SDLC）。
【加分條件】
- 有金融或保險產業系統開發經驗。
- 有大型企業系統維運經驗。
- 熟悉系統整合或 API 平台。
- 具 CI/CD 或 DevOps 經驗。
【工作經驗】
- 5 年以上軟體開發經驗。
【學歷要求】
- 資訊工程、資訊管理或相關科系，或具同等工作經驗。
【成功標準】
- 能準確理解需求並完成系統開發。
- 能快速定位並排除系統問題。
- 程式品質符合團隊 Code Review 標準。
- 技術文件完整且易於維護。
